Engineering, Robert built an accomplished 26-year career within Suriname’s oil
and energy sector, where he gained extensive expertise in engineering
operations, project management, leadership development, and strategic
problem-solving. His professional journey also includes a decade in education,
strengthening his ability to mentor, communicate, and develop people and
organizations.
As Founder and CEO of Rob-Edge Consultancy, Robert now brings
his wealth of technical knowledge and executive insight to support businesses

Samuel Wilson is a seasoned executive, business strategist, and operations leader with more than two decades of experience spanning oil and gas, engineering, maritime operations, HSSE management, business development, security, and large-scale project execution throughout the Caribbean and South America. Over the course of his career, he has held leadership positions across Trinidad & Tobago, Guyana, Suriname, and international markets, driving operational excellence, risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable growth initiatives. His expertise includes project management, business expansion, ISO implementation, compliance systems, emergency response, resilience planning, and developing strategic partnerships across multiple industries.
