The Occupational Safety and Health Act #1 2004 of Trinidad and Tobago mandates that a common objective is that the entire work environment is safe and without risk to employees, clients, and visitors. In this regard, the safety and health of all our employees, clients, and visitors at PROTRAN 97 LIMITED jobsites is always the first consideration in our operations.

The prevention of occupationally induced injuries and illnesses is of such consequence that it will be given precedence over operating productivity whenever necessary. To the greatest degree possible, management will facilitate all systems and tools required for personal safety and health in keeping with the highest standards.
